What happens once you ask for help
Not knowing what comes next is the thing that stops most people from asking. Here is exactly how it goes, from the moment you send the form to the moment you walk out of the office.
You send the form
Tell us who you are and roughly what it is about. A sentence is enough — you do not have to explain everything in writing.
A counsellor reviews it
Requests are read on the next working day. Anything that looks urgent is picked up the same day it arrives.
We confirm your slot
You get an email with the day, the time and the name of the counsellor you will be sitting with.
You come and talk
A private conversation, at your pace. Nothing is recorded in your class standing and nothing is shared without your knowledge.
If someone is in immediate danger, do not wait for a reply — come straight to the Guidance Office or tell any teacher on duty.

Need an official document?
Request academic and personal records from the Guidance Office online, without queueing at the window.

Good Moral Certificate, report card and others on request.
